A market-leading multinational company are looking for a Senior Customer Care Team Lead in Dublin.
About my client:
My client is a global multinational in rapid growth mode.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with escalated issues from the customer care team.
- Working closely with other senior agents to help solve issues.
- Proactive customer care and escalated work. Customer support essential but this will be solving more escalated complaints.
- Having the ability to be able to solve issues that have not been solved by the customer support team.
- Provide solutions for reoccurring problems and present ways to solve these issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer care essential.
- Project-based problem solving and customer care experience a bonus.
- This role is a senior agent so some people may pass more complex queries up the line to you from the customer service team.
- Being able to resolve complaints as ‘the last line of defence’
- Ability to work in a team and complete different tasks from day to day.
