HR Administrator €40-€50k
We have been retained by an aircraft leasing company to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team in Dublin city centre.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained, new hires are on-boarded correctly, leave of absence details are processed and complete HR transactions, plus country specific reporting as required
- Preparation of payroll for multiple jurisdictions
- Resolve inquiries from employees, managers
- Undertake Background Checking
- Manage payroll alongside outsourced providers
- Undertake on-boarding processes
- Process sickness, leave and absence requests
- Update changes to benefits and employment status
- Ensure employee records are updated
- Implement process improvement
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business
What you will need:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong payroll experience (or experience working with payroll providers) is required
- At least 1+ years' experience in a HR environment
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- Excellent communication skills
