A market-leading global tech company is looking for a HR Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global company.
About my client:
My client is a global company with an office in Dublin. They have a talented and high-performance workforce that is customer focused and results driven.
Responsibilities:
- This person will join a team of 7 other HR Specialists and deal with employee relations issues across the EMEA region.
- Most of the cases come from the UK&I offices.
- They will have to deal with issues that are escalated from the HR Advisor team. The cases can vary from disciplinary, to grievances to underperformance etc.
- This person will have a large amount of cases at any one time and must be able to work to deadlines and can prioritise.
- Drafting documents and reports on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Experienced HR professional who has experience dealing with high-level HER issues.
- Ability to work with a team of HR specialists based in the Dublin office and across Europe.
- The ability to take responsibility and deal with any issues that are escalated to the team.
- Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
- Be able to deal with 20-30 cases at any one time.
