Aviation Contract Manager (Maintenance Reserves)
A Dublin aircraft leasing company is looking for a Maintenance Reserves Contract Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, processing and monitoring maintenance reserve data from aircraft delivery and throughout the life of the lease.
Responsibilities:
- Management of maintenance reserve and lease rental rates
- Management of rental billing
- Ensure lease amendments are captured and adjusted
- Responsibility for end of lease reconciliations
- Main point of contact with customer in relation to billing
- Ensure the timely resolution of all customer queries
- Relationship management internally with other departments
- Provide analysis and insights on maintenance reserves and utilization data
- Involvement in other contract management areas such as transaction and deal team involvement
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company's corporate management system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- 2+ years' relevant contracts or asset management experience within aviation
- experience with accounting systems (Oracle advantageous)
- strong Excel skills essential
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
