Customer Experience Consultant - €65k

Pre-IPO Software Company

The Customer Experience Consultant position sits within the Customer Success team of this rapid growth, global pre-IPO Software Company. The successful candidate would ideally come from a background in consulting or project management. The key challenge of this role is to ensure high value customers have a positive experience and get the most value from the solutions they are using.

What you'll do


  • Work closely with the sales team, who are focusing on acquiring new customers, to support those customers in life.
  • Understand your customers' challenges, trends within the industry and consult/provide insights across the portfolio of customers - with a focus on upsell and retention
  • Drive customer success by developing relationships with relevant stakeholders within your customers' business
  • Conduct customer workshops to define goals and support on how to get the most out of the solution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by advocating for the needs of customers to the product teams, and escalate and issues to the relevant teams

  • What you'll need


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years customer facing experience
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
  • Highly organised, multi-tasker with the ability to manage priorities across a portfolio of customers
  • Passionate about improving customer experience
  • Consulting or project management background would be an advantage
