Procurement Analyst €36.5k 12 month contract
A global payments organisation is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their Supply Chain team.
What you'll do:
- Manage the stock ordering process of hardware/software/mobile phones for employees via the ticketing system
- Create purchase orders and manage the order through to confirming receipt of the goods
- Work with vendors, including mobile phone networks to source hardware/software/mobile phones when required
- Track and manage order delays with vendors
- Act as the point of contact with employees regarding orders, delivery lead times etc.
- Request new connections/cancellations of employees mobile phone connections as they join/leave
- Act as the point of contact with the mobile phone networks regarding repairs or other issues
- Manage various reports on mobile phone connections and monthly orders
What you'll need
- 1 year + experience in a procurement or purchasing environment
- Experience managing employee mobile phones and dealing with network providers an advantage
