My client is an aircraft lessor based in Dublin who is looking for a SVP Legal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapid growth lessor.
Responsibilities;
- Manage the legal function regarding the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions.
- Manage all aspects of aircraft operating leases and associated finance transactions.
- Research cross border lease structures.
- Liaise with other internal departments to assist in closing transactions.
Experience required;
- Law degree, with accreditation and license to practice in Ireland or England.
- Minimum 7 years PQE.
- Extensive aircraft leasing experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.
