- Description
A major aircraft leasing company is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team based in Dublin city centre on a 23-month fixed-term contract (immediate interview). This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure into the aircraft leasing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior members of the team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
- Assist with internal and external audit queries
- Manage the monthly bank reconciliation of transactions across the group
- Assist with streamlining and automation of reconciliations process
- Support the Finance Department on various projects
Requirements:
- Part-qualified Accountant or qualified Accounting Technician
- Strong understanding of transactional accounting
- Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
- Experience preparing financial statements and managing Excel models
- Excellent communication skills
