My client is a top e-commerce platform who are looking to fill a Payroll Specialist role in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of payrolls for our client’s EMEA entities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure payrolls are validated and processed accurately and timely
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and processed within the pay periods
- Complete month-end payroll activities and report on additional pay and personnel data for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with monthly and yearly tax payments and various requirements by working alongside Internal and External Audit Teams
- Monitor submission of filings and payments to third parties made for processing vendor
- Monitor the time off management system and report on PTO balances
Requirements:
- Experienced with Excel
- Keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting
