- Description
A major aircraft leasing client is recruiting an Executive Assistant to join their team based in Dublin city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the thriving aircraft leasing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation and distribute relevant external and internal reports
- Travel arrangement; coordinating flights, accommodations at an international level
- Process expenses for the team in Dublin, ensuring deadline are met
- Manage calendars and diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments and events
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Handle work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
- Take minutes at meetings and ensure all data is managed and record efficiently
- Produce a variety of documents, mail, letters and presentation materials
- Assists with various administrative projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1+ years corporate experience
- Tech savvy, strong MS Office experience, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly professional and experience working with senior executives
