A growing aircraft leasing company is recruiting a Corporate Team Administrator to join their team based in Dublin city centre.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the aircraft leasing industry
Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation and distribute relevant external and internal reports
- Responsible for organising meetings, coordinating flights, accommodations at an international level
- Manage visa applications for team travel and customer visits
- Expense management
- Preparation of expense reports and budgets
- Manage calendars and diaries, appointments and events
- Produce a variety of documents, reports and presentations
- Handle work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
- Adhoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Third level qualifications desirable
- 1 – 3 years’ experience working within administration in a corporate environment
- Strong MS Office experience and experience working on projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience supporting a corporate team
