My aviation client is a high profile company which is recruiting for an aircraft leasing sales director based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and lead and manage the cross-functional sales team
- Ensure that customer relationships are maintained
- Developing and implementing marketing programs and strategies
- Maintain and share a thorough understanding of current and future market trends
- Manage internal deal teams
Requirements:
- Understanding and knowledge of the aviation/aircraft leasing sector
- Background in the aviation industry within a sales role
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with a proven track record
- Excellent lessor or airline experience
- Project management experience
- Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
