A market leading global tech company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to team members on Imaging PC’s and MAC’S (knowledge of SCC and Casper)
- Assist members using a ticket management system, providing timely updates to clients
- Report escalations to management team
- Support triage steps to determine User, PC, Network or Application issues
- Support of mobile devices and software to include Airwatch, PingID etc
- End-User/ Client facing configuration of Office 365
- Work and collaborate with other site leads to ensure high quality delivery of service
Requirements:
- 3+ years technical support experience
- Technical expertise with Mac and Windows OS
- Strong attention to detail, specifically in relation to generating, analysing and actioning metrics
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to manage mini projects
