GKR is the market leading recruitment firm in the aircraft leasing sector. Due to continued global success in aircraft leasing we are currently growing our aircraft leasing recruitment team.
The Role
- As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant you will manage global search projects on behalf of our clients on both a retained and contingency basis.
- Act as an integral link between candidates and clients.
- Maintain up to date market knowledge in your particular sector.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and clients.
- Advise clients and candidates on the latest global market recruitment trends.
- Identify new potential target companies and candidates (globally).
- Attend global air finance conferences.
Requirements
- Third level qualification.
- Comfortable working with diverse cultures.
- Enjoy working and interacting with people with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and trust with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Natural attention to detail.
- A proven track record of working in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
- Very professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
