- Description
My client, a leading financial services firm is looking for a Financial Accountant to manage their portfolio of aviation clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure into the aircraft leasing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Transaction management and coordination
- Prepare monthly cash flow waterfall analysis and review and interpret transactional documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Oversee and monitor the receipt and disbursement of funds
- Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance to IFRS
- Liaise with third party auditors and manage the audit process with clients
- Prepare and file client tax returns
- Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE
- Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- Experience in aviation or structured finance advantageous
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
