Aircraft Leasing - Director of Pricing Analysis, Singapore
Our client is a major aircraft lessor and is looking to recruit a Director of Pricing Analysis and Leasing Support to join their team based in Singapore.The role:
- Use expertise to assess potential aircraft transaction; transaction modelling and analysis, calculating cashflows, financial statements and returns
- Provide key input into portfolio evaluation and strategic decisions
- Analytical assessment of divestment and investment opportunities
- Continuous development of pricing model
- Market trend analysis and due diligence
- Credit risk review and assessment on all potential lease deals
- Provide project support to the Leasing department, including research, data manipulation / analysis and presentation production
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree qualification in a relevant discipline
- At least 2+years' experience in an analytical/pricing role within a finance/commercial function
- Experience within aircraft leasing, aviation or aerospace manufacturer industry is advantageous
- Strong financial modelling essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin as a 2nd language is preferred)
- Good presentation skills
