- Description
We are recruiting an Aviation Finance Client Manager to assist the finance department in a leading financial services firm in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret transactional documents regarding financing, acquisition and leasing of aircraft portfolios
- Main point of contact for assigned aviation clients
- Prepare monthly cash flow waterfall analysis and review and interpret transactional documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Oversee and monitor the receipt and disbursement of funds
- Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance to IFRS
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients
- Liaise with third party auditors and manage the audit process with clients
- Prepare and file client tax returns
- Attendance and participation at client board meetings and AGMs
- Ensure clients are billed in accordance with agreed terms
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Financial services experience will be a significant advantage ideally in aircraft leasing or structured finance
- Excellent communication skills
