Description:
Our client is a US technology company specialising in computer software. They are looking to hire a Software Development Engineer in Test to join their team in their Dublin office. They will be responsible for improving and expanding the test frameworks and services as well as assisting engineers with software development and test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of the QA and Test Automation strategy.
- Develop test cases and automated tests using acceptance criteria as a basis.
- Assist in the code review process, execute manual tests cases and release regression testing.
- Maintain automated regression test suite.
- Review acceptance criteria and asses unit test case coverage.
- Determine test case candidates for automation.
Requirements:
- 5 years plus experience of software development and testing.
- Experience with implementing automated testing.
- Experienced using programming language.
- Previous exposure to some of the following: SQL Server, C#, CodedUI, Selenium, .NET, ASP.NET, Winforms, WPF, Windows Server, VSTS, Git, MSTest, NUnit, Specflow, Powershell, JavaScript, Jest
