The role
- Working closely with and supporting an experienced aircraft leasing recruitment consultant
- Assisting the consultant in managing high profile clients
- Using all outlets to source suitable candidates through advertising and referrals
- Reviewing CV’s and identifying relevant candidates
- Responding to applicants queries by phone, email
- Candidate contact and screening
- Coordinate consultant and client interviews
- Preparing client information
What you will bring to the role:
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in a business relevant area
- Enjoy working and interacting with people with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and trust with stakeholders at various levels
- A confident self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
