- Description
My client is a rapid growth aircraft lessor which is recruiting their first Project Manager.
Responsibilities;
- Provide project management support to the executive team
- Advise on setting up project management systems
- Implementation and migration project management
- Work closely with the operations and technology teams to deliver cutting edge solutions
- Manage projects throughout the project lifecycle from start-up through post-implementation; including scoping, planning, executing and reporting of projects
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality
- Manage project communications to the relevant stakeholders ensuring that all are informed of project plans, change management and status
- Support the business when necessary, project management training, coaching, sharing best practice and standardisation across the business
Requirements
- 5 years project management experience from a well-established firm
- Strong business analysis experience
- Experience with process improvement, controls and frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets
- Consultancy or project management background
- About 5 years’ experience delivering project management solutions
- Excellent influencing skills
- Aircraft leasing experience a plus but not a pre-requisite
