- Description
My client is a major aircraft leasing company who are recruiting an AVP Marketing to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Placement and remarketing of commercial aircraft for lease in EMEA
- Initiating, developing, negotiating and closing transactions
- Negotiation of aircraft purchases, leases and lease extensions & restructurings
- Support regional customers through frequent communication and personal contact
- Source new aircraft investments for the region including development of new customers
- Support technical groups as required and accounting and risk departments
Requirements:
- Strong airline contacts in EMEA
- Educated to degree/ postgraduate or similar level
- Proven track record of successful placement and remarketing of aircraft
- Experienced managing a number of key accounts for existing commercial airline customers
- Strong knowledge of operating lease terms, asset security issues, delivery and return conditions and aviation insurance
