About my client:

My client is a tech company with an office in Dublin city centre. They have a talented and high-performance workforce that has been overachieving based on having a great product.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as point of contact for a large portfolio of customers.


  • Develop a relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Assist customers with onboarding of their teams & demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities.
  • Work with Account Executive to maximize account growth opportunities. Work with Sales Team to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  • Act as an advocate for new product features to develop win strategies for renewals and remove ongoing obstacles for the customer.
  • Demonstrate the progress of customer relationships monthly.


  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers.

  • Requirements:


  • 6 + years’ experience in account management or support with a proven track record in overachieving targets.
  • Honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for helping customers.


  • Strong communication and organizational skills
