My client is a market-leading multinational which is looking for a HR Specialist to join their team for a 4-month contract position with a view to permanency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR related issues/grievance procedures and conduct investigations into complaints
- Provide guidance to management on matters such as employment legislation, HR policies and procedures and operational improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert in the area of employee relations
- Provide management with legal advice and specialist expertise on complex cases
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ HR experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and acquire new skills related to HR quickly
- High level of organization and coordination and a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
