- Description
My client is a major multinational company which is recruiting an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Dublin on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll duties in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Process EMEA payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and processed within the pay periods
- Complete month-end payroll activities report on additional pay and personnel data for payroll processing
- Organise internal payroll presentations
- Liaise with Internal and External Audit teams to ensure compliance with monthly and yearly tax payments and various requirements
- Report on PTO balances and manage employee payroll issues including vendor inquiries
- Liaise with HR function to ensure accurate flow of information
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in an EMEA HR Payroll position
- Ideally experience with Workday or ADP
- Knowledge of EMEA legal requirements and reporting
