My client is a market leading multinational which is looking for a Web Services Technical Expert to join their team in Dublin. Ideally we are looking for a person to start asap.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical services to developers, customers and internal teams
- Installation and configuration of payment APIs and e-commerce products
- Identify, analyse and resolve software related bugs
- Diagnose and identify issues with API
- Conduct test scenarios for technical issues with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints
- Participate in the development of tools, systems and processes to improve product suitability
Requirements:
- 5+ years technical experience
- BS, BSEE, CS or a relevant technical degree
- Strong software application debugging and troubleshooting experience
- Good understanding of Firewalls, proxy, HTTP Errors
- Experience in two or more of the following Java, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, PHP, ColdFusion, Perl, Ruby, Python
- Experience with one of the following: HTML, JavaScript, NVP, JSON, XML
- Experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST
- Understanding of Firewalls, proxy, HTTP Errors, server-side errors, TCP/IP
