My client is a multinational technology company which is recruiting a German Technical Account Manager to join their team in either their Dublin or Berlin offices.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their business needs
- Liaise with internal teams to upsell and upgrade products and provide technical support to customers
- Installation and configuration of payment APIs and e-commerce products
- Prepare technical documents for partners
- identify issues with API’s, Code, Services, and Network connectivity.
- Identify growth opportunities for partners
- Diagnose and conduct test scenarios for product technical issues
- Present and conduct demos of new products
Requirements:
- Fluent German
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years Account Management experience
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, HTTP, C, C++, PHP or Java
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/Rest)
- SQL commands, understanding of Firewalls, proxy, HTTP Errors, server-side errors and TCP/IP.
