My client is a market-leading technology company which is looking for a Renewals Sales Manager to manage a renewals team in their Galway office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, motivate and retain a high-performing sales team in order to achieve targets.
- Manage the day-to-day sales operations including assessing sales pipeline and coaching team to ensure KPIs are met.
- Manage the team’s volumes to ensure support across EMEA.
- Coordinate projects and ensure that accurate and complete information is maintained in CRM.
- Participate in and drive global sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams including marketing, customer service and sales operations on projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years’ work experience and 3 years’ experience of managing sales teams
- SaaS industry experience preferred
- Track record of exceeding targets
