As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant you will manage global search projects on behalf of our clients on both a retained and contingency basis.

Act as an integral link between candidates and clients.

Maintain up to date market knowledge in your particular sector.

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Negotiate offers with candidates and clients.

Advise clients on the latest global market recruitment and benchmarking trends.

Identify new potential target companies and candidates (globally).

Third level qualification.

Comfortable working with diverse cultures.

Enjoy working and interacting with people with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and trust with stakeholders at various levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Natural attention to detail and self-motivated.

A proven track record of working in a fast paced customer facing environment.

Any recruitment background in finance, banking, legal or other corporate sectors.

Very professional with a positive, can-do attitude.

Strong work ethic.
