- Description
My client is a major aircraft leasing company who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant / Legal Billing Analyst to join their legal team based in Dublin on a 12-month contract. There are strong opportunities to join on a permanent basis after the initial contract.
Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices from receipt to payment of supplier
- Record all payments in the company’s system
- Management of invoice matching
- Assist with month-end accruals, ensure outstanding payments have been recorded
- Obtain original transaction documents from external counsel for each transaction
- Supplier relationship management
- Manage the approval of invoices process
- Generate ad-hoc reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally a relevant degree or an accounting qualification
