Aircraft Leasing Group Accountant (Contract)
My client is a global aircraft lessor which is looking for a Group Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growth lessor.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the publicly available annual Financial Reporting deliverables for the Group;
- Preparation of covenant reporting as part of our public debt issuance and other debt covenant requirements.
- Participation in the preparation of the Group`s earnings release and rating agency methodology;
- Preparation of peer analysis commentary for Board of Directors;
- Commercial Deal Team Support
- Providing certain technical accounting advice to the Company on deal team for various transactions;
- Preparation of specific sections for our month-end close.
- Shareholder Reporting
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with 3 years + PQE
- Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- Aircraft leasing experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and at pace
