- Description
We are recruiting a Credit Risk Analyst to join a global aircraft leasing firm in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of current and potential airline customers
- Analyse transactions for airline and jurisdiction risk
- On-site customer due diligence
- Prepare credit approval documentation for transactions
- Provide risk reports to shareholders as required
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure approval is obtained
- Prepare credit papers for each transaction and provide support throughout each step of the deal approval process
- Analysis of market trends and other factors that may impact on transactions
- Ad-hoc support to Credit Risk team as required
Requirements:
- Strong qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in credit analysis
- Understanding of aviation financing/aircraft leasing and lease restructuring essential
- Track record in analysing risk factors, airlines and geographical and economic trends
- Highly analytical, with strong problem solving and critical thinking experience while working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent report writing, client-facing and presentation skills
