Our client a global aircraft leasing company requires a business analyst with strong CRM experience to join their team. The role requires prior experience in project management of technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementation of technology solutions using agile development methodologies;
- Project manage activities relating to technology and process, including development, maintenance and budgets.
- Assess program performance on an ongoing basis.
- Research technologies and assist with development of projects
- Liaise with external technology providers to test ongoing development of technology solutions, extending to UAT and end user experience testing;
- Lead demos to end users, and manage UAT and end user experience testing.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Relevant third level qualification with a minimum of two years’ experience in a business analyst/Project Analyst role working with a CRM system
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM preferable
- Prior experience in project management
- Experience in planning, development, implementation and ongoing management of a CRM system
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment
