The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a growth aircraft leasing firm.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the organisation and provide deep understanding of the business strategy and implement strong, high quality HR practices.
- Recruit and onboard new hires
- Evaluate HR policies and procedures
- Manage a small team
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Oversee HR and government audits
- Manage and select global payroll providers
- Manage the pension provider
- Develop industry salary surveys
- Responsible for the bonus process
- Ad-hoc project management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Experience of global benefits and payrolls
- Strong HR Business Partner experience
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated coaching expertise
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
