We are recruiting for a high profile aircraft leasing firm which has an opening for a Human Resources Analyst in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide variety of HR initiatives in a global environment
- Engage and build relationships with managers, ensuring you positively influence people issues, across a variety of locations
- Participate in the Employer Brand development programme
- Manage employee relations
- Provide comprehensive HR support to Managers and employees across all office locations
- Resolve and respond to employee queries – payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, HR systems, HR policies
- Reconciliation of payroll, taxes, pensions payments and authorised payroll deductions
- Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processes for multiple locations and all queries relating to payroll
Essential Experience:
- Degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally 2-5 years HR experience
- Flexible approach to working in a global, fast-paced environment
