Lease Management Associate
Our client a global investment firm specialising in aircraft leasing is seeking a lease management associate to work closely with the Associate Director of Lease Management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and issue rent and maintenance leases and ensure cash collection is recorded and reconciled.
- Assist with the process of entry and approval of operating and finance leases onto the system.
- Ensure amendments such as extensions, sales and purchases to the leases are captured in the system.
- Review and manage letters of credit to ensure the renewal dates do not expire.
- Monitor and review renewal of the insurance certificates and liaise with insurance brokers.
- Work closely with the Finance, Marketing, underwriting and Technical Team.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of two years aircraft leasing industry experience with a strong focus on contracts management
- Experience with maintenance reserve billing and calculations
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication skills.
