- Description
My client is a rapid-growth aircraft leasing firm which is currently looking to recruit a Contract Management Director for their team in Miami.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all contracts in relation to the aircraft leasing business are in full compliance with Sale, Purchase or Lease agreements
- Interact with all relevant clients (airlines/MROs/OEMs) and third parties
- Travel globally to attend aircraft deliveries on behalf of the organisation
- Ensure that all the records relating to relevant aircraft leases are maintained to the highest degree
- Conduct audits between departments on contract management issues
- Prepare and communicate reports that assist in the analysis of aircraft and contract data
- Coordinate internally with the relevant departments to manage accounts of clients that are challenged in relation to their individual contractual requirements
Requirements:
- +5 years’ experience working in contract management
- Relevant degree
- Aircraft leasing or Aviation industry experience
- Experience working on aircraft or engine leases and LOI
- Eligible to work in United States (Citizen or Green Card holder)
