Description

The Role


  • Provides coaching and advice to managers on performance management and corrective action processes
  • Act as point of contact for all Employee Relations ensuring that frameworks and processes are followed.
  • Support the HR Team on upcoming projects, from a HR advisory and administration capacity.
  • Coordinate changes throughout the employee life cycle from both a HR system and documentation perspective
  • Maintains a strong operational mindset ensuring clear documentation of support provided and Case Management using tools e.g. SalesForce, Workday, Sharepoint/Network Folders etc.
  • Review of internal policies and procedures, whilst providing insights and recommendations in regards to best practice, supporting roll out of new or updated policies and procedures

  • Requirements


  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Irish employment legislation, its interpretation and implementation, and of employment practice.
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects against tight deadlines and coordinate activities of projects
  • Broad HR generalist knowledge with an ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and to build strong trust-based relationships with remote client groups and colleagues
  • 3+ years employee relations experience in the Irish employment market, operating at an employee relations advisory level, with a focus on complex case management in a fast-paced organization
  • Experience and excellent understanding of using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent or
  • Higher certification in Human Resource Management.
