- Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the team in Ireland and EMEA to deliver a seamless employee experience.
The Role
- Support the EMEA based team on upcoming projects from a HR advisory and administration capacity
- Coordinate changes throughout the employee life cycle from both HRIS and documentation perspective
- Run regular and ad-hoc reports for the EMEA People Team as required.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers on performance management and corrective action processes.
Requirements
- An understanding of Irish employment legislation, its interpretation and implementation, and of employment practices.
- Ability to deliver on multiple projects against tight deadlines and coordinate activities of projects
- Broad HR generalist knowledge which and ability to multitask
- Skilled at preparing and analysing detailed reports and navigating ExcelDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and to build strong trust-based relationships with remote client groups and colleagues.
