Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate and manage sales, leasing and financing transactions from start to finish including negotiation of contracts through to aircraft delivery
  • Provide assistance to the General Counsel on transactional issues
  • Resolve legal issues with regards to commercial aspects of the Company such as aircraft repossessions and lease restructuring
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally and manage the Transaction Deal teams to achieve objectives
  • Administration and management of Legal information system and processes
