Aircraft Leasing Operations Associate
Our client is a new aircraft leasing platform which is recruiting one of their first people in Shannon.
The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key control in the development and day to day running of the operational and administrative aspects of the new leasing platform
Responsibilities
- Lease administration including rent and mtx invoicing, cash collections, customer statements etc
- Invoice payments process, supplier KYC/AML and employee expenses
- Develop and maintain internal document management system
- Provide KYC information as requested and respond to queries
- External debt contract administration including debt servicing and covenants
- Support preparation of financial budgets and variance analysis v actuals
- Document transactions and management decisions
- Develop and maintain business controls and governance processes
- Complete ad hoc analysis and projects as required
Skills & Requirements
- Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
- Aircraft Leasing experience
- Self-starter, with strong desire to learn and ability to assume responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative, self-motivated and resourceful
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
