- Description
My client is a rapid-growth engine leasing firm which is currently looking to recruit a VP Engine Trading for their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Engine Trading projects
- Build Engine Sales in line with company targets
- Cultivate relationships to source, originate and sponsor engine transactions
- Lead negotiations from start to finish of trading transactions
- Maintain and enhance current and new relationships with customers
- Manage negotiations with current lessees
- Support internal departments to provide assistance as required
- Build marketing and trading strategies
Requirements:
- +7 years’ experience in the aviation industry
- At least +5 years’ track record in engine sales or trading
- Excellent knowledge of engine values
- Good understanding of the spare engine leasing environment
- Existing relationships with airlines, MROs/OEMs and or lessors
