- Description
We are recruiting for a rapid-growth aircraft lessor which is looking for a Maintenance Reserves Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growth aircraft leasing firm.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately extract Technical information from transactional documents and online portals and record detail in CRM system.
- Ensure all aircraft utilizations are uploaded into CRM system in a timely manner.
- Analyse engine health monitoring data to forecast engine time on wing and expected removal dates.
- Analyse maintenance reserve rate escalations and actual claim values and compare and contrast between different operators and regions.
- Analyse and track performance and maintain a database of subcontracted vendors, Technical consultants, MRO’s etc.
- Liaise with Airlines and Finance during Maintenance Reserve collections and claims
- Participate in improvement initiatives and system development projects.
- Liaise with Contracts and Legal during aircraft delivery/redelivery process.
- Escalate and resolve any potential Utilization and Maintenance Reserve issues.
- Support Technical from LOI to Lease Agreement Execution.
- Monitor airline operations and maintenance program event dates.
Experience:
- A relevant university honours degree qualification
- Knowledge of Aircraft technical systems
- Working knowledge of Maintenance Reserves
- 1-3 years experience working in aviation or aircraft leasing
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Travel may be required at aircraft delivery/redelivery events globally.
