- Description
My client is currently looking for a Legal Transaction Manager, to join their team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the legal closing activities for aircraft leasing sale and purchase, aircraft financing and lease back transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage closings of aircraft sale/purchase, lease and relating financing transactions
- Draft, review and amend legal documents, assist with conditions precedent/subsequent documents for sale, lease, and financing transactions.
- Draft corporate approvals for transactions.
- Draft non-disclosure agreements and arrange their execution and filing.
- Manage company secretarial registers and CRO filings
- KYC and corporate compliance matters.
- Ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Third Level Qualification
- 2-4 years’ experience in a leasing company or law firm or with a corporate service provider.
- Good analytical skills
- Right to work in Ireland
