Aircraft Leasing Corporate and Commercial Legal Counsel
Our client is a high-profile aircraft leasing company based in Dublin city centre and they are looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer to join their team asap.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and provide advice to C level Management on Legal and Corporate Governance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Review and implement legal and regulatory changes when required
- Liaising with external and internal shareholders' business teams
- Managing local and external portfolio of companies on the day-to-day governance, formation, liquidation restructuring and mergers
- Reviewing, managing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other commercial contracts, as necessary
- Providing guidance on GDPR compliance
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years PQE looking to move out of private practice into an in-house role.
- Aviation leasing and/or finance experience is advantageous
- Previous corporate experience at a top tier law firm is a plus
- Knowledge of recent Irish companies' legislation and experience with shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and corporate structures is a must.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
