Description

My client is a major aircraft lessor based in Singapore which is recruiting for a VP or SVP Legal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major aircraft lessor with impressive growth plans.

Primary responsibilities will be to manage cross-border aircraft leasing transactions in APAC and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions.

Experience:


  • Law degree, with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Extensive aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company
  • Singaporean citizen or permanent residency is a pre-requisite
