We are recruiting for a high-profile aircraft leasing client who has a requirement for a HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve and respond to employee queries – payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, HR systems, HR policies
- Manage Onboarding, Offboarding & relocation processes
- Lead the wellbeing and DEI initiatives
- Manage monthly payroll for a number of global locations.
- Support the business on reporting, data analysis relating to people cost, Headcount, performance trends and development needs
- Assistance with projects such as HR Budget, Reward Planning and Incentive Plans
- Responsible for benefits administration and renewals for multiple locations – healthcare, pension, insurance etc. Ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date
- Support the team on data reconciliation and migration, analyse and interpret process issues and make recommendations to the team in relation to system updates and process improvement
- Manage employee benefit administration and ad-hoc admin tasks
- Produce PowerPoint, Excel, IT analytics presentations
- Maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook up to date in line with employment law
- Support on bonus planning, budgets and process improvement
Requirements:
- 2-8 years experience in HR
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience in HR from a corporate environment
- Advanced Excel is a pre-requisite and highly numerate
- Strong project management skills
