About the job
Our client, a leading global aircraft leasing company, is experiencing rapid growth and has an exciting opportunity for an AVP in the Portfolio Management team. This is a customer-facing role, and you will be the key point of contact for all aircraft delivery activity.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio management of aircraft; manage lease contracts and Letter of Credit management.
- Manage post-delivery portfolio activities.
- Analyse customer relationships to identify trends.
- Structure and negotiate a broad range of transactions.
- Travel on assignment, from time to time.
Requirements:
- A legal, accounting, business, or engineering qualification.
- 2 years post-qualification experience in banking, financial services, aviation financing, or legal environment.
- Experience in relationship management practices (communication strategies, data gathering, and analysis tools) advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Lease and Letter of Credit documents is advantageous.
- Proven project and portfolio management and problem-solving skills.
