- Description
Our client, a leading global aircraft leasing company, has an exciting opportunity for an Aircraft Leasing Corporate Legal Counsel for an Aircraft Deliveries position on the team in Shannon.
Responsibilities:
- Support deliveries, lease extensions, and redeliveries to global customers.
- Cross-collaboration during the delivery process transaction.
- Approval of delivery locations.
- Assist with the closing of aircraft-related transactions.
- Preparation of lease documentation for each transaction.
- Relationship management with key airline customers and OEMs.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer (US, Irish or UK) with experience from a law firm, leasing or financial firm.
- 1 – 5 years' experience preferably in aircraft leasing or engine leasing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong project management abilities
