Description

My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor which has an opening for a Legal Counsel on their team. This is a great opportunity to join an organisation with in the aircraft leasing space.

Responsibilities


  • Manage corporate legal transactions from start to finish
  • Advise on aircraft financing legal issues
  • Advise on topical relevant legal issues
  • Manage complex financing transactions in multiple jurisdictions
  • Draft a wide range of commercial contracts

    • Requirements


  • 3-5 years PQE from a law firm or other relevant position
  • Experience in aircraft leasing
  • Ability to work at pace, in a deadline-driven environment
  • Qualified solicitor
