- Description
We are recruiting for two leading aircraft leasing companies in Dublin which are looking for a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
- Structuring and drafting of various legal documentation and agreements such as lease amendments, side letters, conditions precedent and corporate approvals
- Coordinate the Lettes of Credit process
- Supervise junior paralegals
- Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
- Manage the closing of sales - oversee all necessary documentation is delivered and completed
- Support internal departments in all transactional processes
- Ensure that all transactional documentation is provided, completed and filed accurately and accordingly
- Draft and oversee such documents as leases, contracts, letters etc
- Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised according to company procedure
Experience:
- Relevant third-level qualification
- Previous experience working in an aircraft leasing company or in the aircraft leasing department of a law firm or relevant corporate services provider preferred
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
